Inspired by my beloved London Writer’s Hour, we will gather together, set intentions, and then create in our own spaces but together. At the end we will come back together to complete and then be off having connected with our muses and creative nature.
I want to make more time for my creative practice and if you do too, let’s do it together.
For April the times will be:
Wednesday April 19th noon PT
Friday April 28th 11am PT
Come as you are, as will I, and use the time in any way that nourishes your creative self. Work on a project, clear your art table, rest, daydream, this time is for you and your muse. It can look anyway it needs to.
Any skill level, any kind of creativity is welcome. When I say creativity I mean anything that holds your unique energy. Baking, gardening, organizing, journaling, drawing, knitting, stitching… I am not just talking about fine art or finished product, unless that is your thing and then by all means.
I will open and hold the space and I’m here to be a fellow creative soul doing her work along with you.
The sessions will be recorded and available for 24 hours in case you want to come but the time doesn’t work. The limited replay is to protect privacy as well as holding the intention of now being the time. It wont be the same as joining live but will give you a structured hour of time infused with the energy creative practice.
I’ll be there, even if I’m the only one, because I am learning that saying things to other kindred souls and blocking out time for what is important makes it more real. My creativity wants to be more real and active. If yours does too I hope you will join in.
What to expect
For April we will gather Wednesday April 19th noon Pacific Time and Friday April 28th 11am Pacific Time for one hour. Come to both or one, what ever works for you. We will check in, set intentions, and then turn to our work. We will come back together again at 5 minutes to the hour, check out and close our time together. If these times don’t work, others will be scheduled in the future.
Logistics
The Muse Meet-Up will happen over on my Patreon and is available to all tiers of support, which start at $2.00 a month. You can join at any tier you like and stay as long as you like, even if that is only for one Meet-Up. To join go here, choose the level of support you want and register. You will be charged when you sign up and then every month on the same date until you cancel.
Zoom log-in information will be in a dedicated post on Patreon and will be sent out to all Patrons before each meeting.
